Monitoring & Rebooting

Taking care of a Virtual Private Server is a tough procedure. You either have to do the job all by yourself , in other words devote your valuable time to monitoring your virtual server, or, alternatively, you need to deploy a third–party tool whose sole responsibility will be to watch over your VPS server. And this is where our Optional Admin Services deal can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your VPS server will be added to our own custom–made server monitoring software system, which will keep track of all the crucial services. And in case of a service crash, our skilled sysadmins will be informed momentarily and they will rectify the matter ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is essential – one never knows when something can go wrong. And using the Optional Admin Services solution, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to install and configure anything. Last but not least all the backups will be placed on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard disk drives. Thus your hosted content will always be safe, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have complete freedom to install any script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional setup from you. This is when our Optional Admin Services option can help you out. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting duties – this means that you’ll be able to literally hire one of our practiced server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation of any kind of software whatsoever that you need. And/or have him rectify an issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an add–on with the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
